Our cafe offers spaces available for rent in several capacities—rent a space on our patio, a semi-private room or rent out the entire space for your group! If you don’t see what you’re looking for, reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
Our full space rental is ideal for larger parties of 100* guests and under. Perfect for larger bridal & baby showers, weddings, receptions, and corporate gatherings. This rental includes the entirety of our Coffee Shop and Patio Areas. Our huge glass windows and open doors provide sunlight and fresh air.

$50 Production Package:
Access to TV can be used for Slide Shows, Ball Games , Streaming Services (user login required); Speaker Access for user playlist. Local Groundz staff must be present to set-up.
Semi-private rental at the front of our cafe is ideal for parties of 15 people and under, and can easily accommodate intimate bridal and baby showers, workplace meetings, and any kind of casual get-together.

Patio rental is ideal for parties of 25 people and under, and can easily accommodate intimate bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, workplace meetings, and any kind of casual get-together. This outdoor space is separated from our main cafe providing a space for your event while still allowing guests access to our coffee bar.
